  One position for a full-time Middle School French Immersion Teacher at Scott Middle School in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, 8:35 a.m. – 3:50 p.m., Monda  Friday. Teach all primary subjects in the French language to middle school students in accordance with established curriculum. Develop lesson plans, undertake classroom instruction, maintain discipline, monitor student progress through testing, interface with parents, students, faculty, and administrators, and other normal faculty duties. Bachelor's degree in education and/or related field required. Must be certified to teach French in the State of Louisiana by the Louisiana Department of Education. Must have native or native-like fluency in French.
