Dear New and Current AppliTrack User:

We are going to a new application system called Fast Track and will go live in January.

What happens to any positions I have applied for already in Applitrack? Applicants will need to complete and submit a new application in Fast Track.

What does this mean for me as a current Applitrack User? After December 29th, applicants will not have access to Applitrack. Please remember to download and save any attachments from your AppliTrack Application that you may want to upload into Fast Track.

What happens to my information after December 29th? Applicants will not have access to Applitrack after December 29th. The district contract with Applitrack ends on December 29th, meaning applicants nor district employees will have access to documents. Any documents not downloaded will have to be rescanned by the applicant into the new Fast Track system.


December 13 No new job vacancies will be posted after this date

December 19 Last day of school and business prior to the winter holiday; All job vacancies in Applitrack will be removed

December 29 Last day for Applicants to access information from Applitrack

January 16 Fast Track Application system will begin; Job vacancies will be available to applicants in Fast Track
