We are looking for candidates interested in collaborating with a team of positive, dedicated, and high-performing educators to inspire students and challenge them to achieve more than they thought possible!

Must meet state of Michigan certification requirements to teach special education in elementary or secondary resource room programs. Must demonstrate the desire and ability to build meaningful, caring relationships with students in order to exert academic influence. Must demonstrate the ability to create and execute clear, logical instructional plans that produce strong results in student learning. Must demonstrate the ability to evaluate academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.

Minimum starting salary range: $45,800-$79,647   185 work days Salary schedule placement is determined by degree level and teaching experience. Teachers with previous teaching experience will receive one-half step on the salary schedule for each year of experience up to a maximum of Step 12. We offer a competitive benefit package, a $1500 new hire bonus, $2000 toward the cost of graduate credits, and half of the tuition cost for up to 18 graduate credits in a content area taught in our Early College Program.
