    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. Kentucky certification appropriate to the grade level and curricular assignment (Hearing Impaired or ASL Teaching Certification)
    2. Experience and preparation required by the Board
    3.  Effective communication skills

            1.  Experience in a diverse workplace
