Partner with school administrators, counselors, and support staff to develop and implement discipline policies.
Engage families in discussions about student behavior, interventions, and progress.
Provide training and professional development for teachers and staff on restorative justice, de-escalation, and trauma-informed practices.
- Serve as a liaison between students, teachers, and administration to foster open communication and trust.

Education and Related Work Experience
- Combination of Education or Work Experience equivalent to a Masters Degree.

Working Conditions
