    About the Role
    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a High School Registrar. This vital role focuses on maintaining accurate student records and providing support in
    all areas related to student enrollment, transcripts, and compliance reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of student information systems,
    graduation certifications, academic reports, and various administrative tasks that support our students' academic journeys.
    Your ability to work independently, stay ahead of deadlines, and communicate effectively will contribute directly to the success of our school community.

    Who We’re Looking For
    The ideal candidate is a proactive and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. You are experienced in managing student records and
    data systems and possess a strong understanding of office procedures. Your ability to interpret transcripts, compile reports, and support both students
    and staff sets you apart. You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have strong computer proficiency—including word processing, spreadsheets, and
    database systems—and bring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality to everything you do.

    Position Title: Registrar
    Placement: Eagle Point High School, Eagle Point, Oregon
    Supervisor: Principal or Designee
    Contract Days: 210 days per year / 8 hours per day
    Salary Range: $19.98 - $28.41. Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience.
    Includes an excellent benefits package, including 6% PERS retirement "employee contribution" paid by the District, and tuition reimbursement available
    Position will begin August 2025, with screening to begin immediately.
