                                            NCLB Paraprofessional License. In lieu of this license,
                                            possessing a Substitute Teacher or Teacher License is

                                        18) Respects confidentiality of information pertaining to the school and the students. All inquiries from parents regarding their child’s progress shall be directed to the teacher.
                                        19) Any/All other duties as assigned by the teacher and/or administration.


EVALUATION:          Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the District’s Policy and Administrative Procedures regarding classified employee evaluation.

SALARY:                   In accordance with the Negotiated Agreement between the Indian Springs School District #109 Board of Education and the Indian Springs School District #109 Paraprofessional Council, Local #571, IFT/AFT.
